We offer a free monthly advice surgery — available in person in Glasgow or online via video call for residents anywhere in Scotland.
Sessions are 30 minutes, one-to-one, and completely free of charge. We don't sell anything. We don't refer to contractors. We just answer your questions honestly.

All advice given is independent. We have no commercial relationship with any contractor, installer or product supplier. We will always tell you what's right for your home, not what's commercially convenient.
We will report annually on the community advice sessions delivered, the number of households reached and the funding opportunities identified — as part of our commitment to transparent social value reporting.
