NRB Consultancy Services Ltd is committed to conducting all of its activities with honesty, integrity and transparency. We take seriously any concerns about wrongdoing, malpractice or unethical behaviour connected with our business or the services we provide.
This policy exists to encourage anyone to raise concerns in the knowledge that they will be taken seriously, investigated appropriately and handled with confidentiality.
Any individual may raise a whistleblowing concern — including clients, subcontractors, assessors, installers, housing association staff or members of the public. You do not need to be directly employed by NRB to use this process.
NRB Consultancy Services will treat all whistleblowing disclosures with the strictest confidentiality. We acknowledge that those raising concerns may wish to remain anonymous. We will not disclose the identity of a whistleblower without their consent unless we are legally required to do so.
NRB Consultancy Services will not tolerate any retaliation, victimisation or detrimental treatment of anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith under this policy.
All concerns raised will be investigated with the seriousness they deserve. We will acknowledge receipt of any concern raised and keep the reporting party informed of progress where appropriate.
Where a concern relates to a regulated activity or accreditation scheme, the relevant accreditation body (Elmhurst Energy, ECMK, Quidos or Property Tectonics) or TrustMark should be contacted directly. Concerns about criminal conduct may be reported to Police Scotland or Action Fraud.
